Meghan Joyce is Co-Founder and CEO of Duckbill, a personal assistant solution that combines the speed and intelligence of AI with the persistence and creativity of humans who know how to navigate the real world. She previously served as EVP of Platform at Oscar Health, overseeing engineering, product, data, marketing, clinical, ops, and the company’s enterprise health tech business. Before joining Oscar, Meghan led Uber’s North American operations in a time of unprecedented growth. She formerly served the United States Department of Treasury as Senior Policy Advisor on Domestic Finance and began her career at Bain & Company. Through these experiences, and now with Duckbill, Meghan has proved that innovation thrives when tech and people work together to redefine what is possible.
