I hate to be the constant reminder that summer is ending. But after Labor Day weekend, it will “unofficially” come to a close, and a new (and dare I say, better) season will follow. And if you’re like this NYC-based shopping writer, you’vealready had your mind set on autumn and all the cozy fall trends that come with it. Because as much as we might enjoy a pumpkin-spice-this or spooky-season-that, the only thing we’re really excited about is switching our closet around and ushering in our favorite cold-weather pieces. And if there’s one thing that needs to be added to your wardrobe, it’s an adorable dog icon sweater.
When you shop as much as I do, you start to realize trends very early on. Although the temperature hasn’t dropped enough for us to start pulling out our knitwear yet, stores have been steadily releasing new sweaters all month.
